Merger Vision, helping close friends, advised franchisees operating the Bricks4Kidz franchise on the sale of exclusive license rights to Veselá věda Group

Bricks4Kidz, based on playing with LEGO bricks, has been one the fastest growing franchise program over the past ten years, with more than 700 franchisees in 35 countries. A Czech sub-franchisees of Bricks4Kidz, organising after-school programs, workshops, summer camps, and other development programs for kids, decided to discontinue their business activities.

Veselá věda Group is one of the largest providers of after-school science-based workshops, development programs, and summer camps in the Czech Republic. The acquisition of the Bricks4Kidz license enabled Veselá věda Group to expand regionally and enter a market niche in which they have not been very active.
