Karel Niederle

Partner

Karel is a partner in Merger Vision. During his M&A advisory career, he has gained experience managing a number of private cross-border transactions in various sectors, including banking and financial services, energy, beverage, engineering, consumer goods manufacturing and sales, and B2B services.

Before founding Merger Vision in 2008, he worked for five years for the largest Central European investment bank, CA IB Corporate Finance, a member of the UniCredit Group banking group, before that for four years for Živnostenská bank, where he participated, among other things, in the acquisition of shares in Czech energy companies for Bayernwerk AG (later E.ON).

Karel studied analytical chemistry at the Faculty of Science at Charles University and finance and accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. He is a native Czech and speaks English.
